If I do not live in France, can I come and have a wedding in a French Catholic church ?

Rather not. We advise you to prepare and celebrate your wedding in your present country. You can also read carefully the above conditions (one year recommanded preparation,...) and see if you fulfill it. You can always come for your honeymoon in Paris, afterwards... We will be happy to welcome you.
